Visited on a cold and blustery February day. A chilly walk to the end. Sadly no amount of doughnut smells and piped music can disguise its aged bleakness. Pity the few who were wandering around aimlessly to go on the rides £20 for a wristband for unlimited all day rides (all 4 or 5 of them) but signs up said... More

It's Brighton Pier, full of amusement arcades & rides which were closed when we visited. It's a nice walk but it is also VERY Commercial. Perhaps good for families, not really for me

Great pier - busy and fun and with food and entertainment. Should change the name back to the more authentic "Palace Pier" 'though. 😉

Brighton pier is what an English pier is all about. On Monday we were both looking forward to hot doughnuts on the pier only to find it all closed up for the evening. Nice n bracing walk on the Sunday though. Can't come to Brighton n not visit the pier.

Weather was perfect for a stroll on Brighton Pier. We have lost so many piers around our coast lines, it is great that this one is still here to enjoy. There is nothing like walking the boards and seeing the sea through the gaps below. Loved it!

It's nice to walk along the pier but avaoid buting anything. The food is expensive, for example 1 tiny doughnut for £1, and the rides are exhorbitantly priced

We visited in November when the weather was cool so all the rides on the pier weren't open however, we made the most of the ones that were! Our inner child came out in the both of us and we had loads of fun!

Lots of attractions and tempting food options. Great to visit over the weekend and when the weather is nice. Beware the seaguls!

I have been to Brighton pier many times but as so many of these Victorian piers are falling to rack and ruin of burning down these days it's worth getting in and sensing a little of what our Victorian relations felt. Well worth a visit
