Kemp Town is full of quirky restaurants and shops and quirky people as well. A great area for a walk instead of the usual Brighton main stream shops. Trendy restaurants and bars, and close to Brighton Marina if you want to hop on a bus.

Fun and vibrant and more locals than tourists with some great shops and eateries, a few nice pubs (and a few dodgy ones!) and a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Not the cleanest streets but certainly worth walking round.
