I think its great that in a big busy city there is a place where you can go and go bck to nature. It is very weather dependent. On sunny days it gets quite busy and you get a real mix of singles, couples and a few families. I think the colder it is the higher the ratio of men,... More

...then why not, but do remember this is the UK!! It gets cold really quickly in the evenings even in summer so do bring something cosy to wear too.

It's a fun place, much more interesting than the main beach. If it's sunny I can recommend it. It is safe as it's not too hidden away but it has a wall of pebbles so passers by cannot see you. It is mostly gay men, maybe 75% but there are single women, mixed groups of students having bbqs, even some families.... More

Although this beach is surrounded by a built up mound of pebbles to try to keep it secluded it does not work as people walk along it to stare at the naturists!! also can be seen from the main road!!! Its also very uncomfortable to sit on as the beach is all pebbles!! All in all not a good place... More

Nice beach, great location, plenty of parking, very relaxed vibe. Very gay men dominated with a sprinkling of couples. Shame about the odd perv and weirdo.

My first time to the nudist beach since living here 3 years, beach very stoney but take a towel and it's fine. Lots of people there felt very relaxed and was quite peaceful no pressure to get naked but once I did there was no stopping me. I was loving it a bit too much and ended up with bad... More

The naturist beach is a symbol of liberal , gay , inclusive Brighton. It is very positive that a section of the beach is available for naturists but a combination of the weather and entrenched views means that naturism never really caught on in Britain. I visited in mid July on a sunny day and spotted around 50 naturists 48... More

Stony, weather usually inclement, nothing much else to say about it - not suited for children to the "nature" of the area.

The Naturist Beach Is A Short Walk From The Rest Of The Beach. There Is A Car Park Near By. The Beach Is Stony. Busy On A Hot Day Especially At Weekends. Lots Of People About.
