Pool is very dirty. Staff are unhelpful and slow to respond. Cold showers. When swimming at the end of the night staff are always getting in the way cleaning the changing rooms and closing off sections people need to use. Freedom leisure have a monopoly...More

Our hotel pool was closed, we were told to come here as an alternative. It was cold, half of it was closed & the only section that had any warmth to it was restricted to 50 people and it was constantly full. Not impressed.....
