Living in Brighton all of my life im lucky, being taken as a child to parks like this and gathering conkers as a kid brings back good memories, the conker trees are right at the bottom by the farm.

We walk our dog in Stanmer Park and it is always a pleasure. The views are great and there is open countryside and woods to walk through.

You can park in the car park next to the house. Toilets inside and they are dog friendly.

Not a formal one - it's a country park with woodlands - but there's plenty of green space for running around and games like flying kites, ball games, hide and seek etc etc.
