This is a nice bar. Well laid out and I do not think too expensive as others suggest. However I have only been here in the daytime and it opens EARLY! Much earlier than other bars. And this means it attracts the hardened drinkers. The...More

Popped in for a quick drink during our stay in Brighton where we were greeted by Rupert - by far the loveliest and friendliest barman we have ever encountered. Reasonably priced drinks, warm atmosphere. Would highly recommend a visit to this lovely bar.

Another over priced bar in the gay village and full of profession drinkers. Had no charm or character and little seating. Staff as usual can’t see people over 25 and service is slow! Does get busy but after an hour or so you would have...More

This place welcomes all genders and it’s gr3at fun as long as you’re broad minded. We had a drag queen (Dave Lynn) who sang, made jokes and kept us laughing until the very end. Good, reasonable price drinks and friendly visitors. I would go again

My friends and I visit last night and received a warm welcome. Both staff and clientele were friendly and humorous. Martha d'arthur was the act for the evening and was absolutely brilliant. I look forward to returning again soon.

Ended up here later on a Saturday. Nice bar, good atmosphere, nice cocktails, friendly crowd and the tackiest drag queen in Brighton. All the regulars lapped it up but just left me cold. Never mind, I got pissed and joined in all of the songs....More

Your standard over priced Gay Bar in the heart of Kemptown Brighton. Staff attentive however unlike several similar venue who often look down their noses at customers. Overpriced but that's the pink pound for you. Seems to have a plethora of professional drinkers who seeds...More

Popped in here on a Saturday night to watch the last 15 mins of the act. Great atmosphere but a bit on the small side. The drinks are as expensive as London. Got charged £15 for 3 pints of lager and left after that. None...More

Hello, our most expensive Lager is Peroni. It is a premium lager and most venues in Brighton charge over £5. You could have had a pint of Kronenberg fior £4.30 a pint or Fosters £3.90 a pint. I am sorry you did not enjoy your...More
