Surprised at the amount of excellent and practical information available and supplemented from an equally helpful staff. Really good for planning local trips to nearby Downs, Brighton,Hastings and even a very cheap day out train ticket to centre of London (Victoria)

Just glad there is still a tourist info office as so many have closed elsewhere. Good supply of information and very helpful.

The tourist centre is centrally located (walk up the hill from the train station) and the two people working there on the Sunday I visited were very helpful and knowledgeable. A very useful map of the town centre is available free of charge.

In the centre of town. Run by efficient and helpful people. Just what is needed for a bit of help and interpretation. Get it wrong and the hills can be painful, so this place is much needed.

Good staff and loads of local info - what more do you need from a Tourist Information Centre? Always popping in even as a local.

Head for the castle, and the tourist office is up that way. Don't look for it in the high street. Lots of information about the area and staff were helpful suggesting a couple of things I could do in the time available.
