Lovely surroundings with lots of space for everyone, walkers, joggers, cyclists etc. Children's play areas, lots of areas for ball games and picnics. Lovely ponds with swans and ducks and a finishing lake, something for everyone to enjoy.

Beautiful park in the middle of a city. It was great for a quiet walk. Visited the old cemetery and saw some widelife.

the common is a large park about a mile and a half from the city center. There are some nice walks round the common and if you take the time there is plenty of wildlife to be seen

We recently walked around The Common with Spanish visitors. They were so impressed that we have such a wonderful piece of countryside on our doorstep.
