Southampton's a big Town! The shopping centres are built then they build another one and the old one ends up derelict! I know this is Trip advisor and not The town planning office, but Southampton needs to encourage business in other directions, the bar gate...More

Can I please ask who thought it would be a great idea to change the level names, which is to be implemented? Lower shopping is going to be floor 2 and upper floor 3. That isn't going to confuse anybody is it?! Why can't the lower shopping be called ground (as used everywhere else in the civilised world) and the upper level be called floor 1 and so on? Not only was the lower and upper levels silly in the 1st place, people have got used to it now, but after 16 years it's going to be changed to something even more confusing for both regulars and newcomers.
