A tour worth your time!

Bryan is an excellent guide and an exceptional storyteller….from the accomplishments of Alfred the Great to quoting Keats as you walk along the banks of the Itchen River. I had some knowledge of British history but Bryan introduced me to historical figures that were new to me and that I want to research more, namely Queen Emma. I loved his knowledge of both historical leaders, as well as, the great literary figures that passed thru Winchester. And finally I have to compliment Bryan on making me reconsider Jane Austen’s contribution to British literature!

Learn about Southampton and the Titanic link

A relaxed, informative and amusing tour of both Southampton's Titanic connections but also the history of the city. About 1.5 hours at a sensible pace.

This tour was very informative and engaging, taking us to many places of interest. We enjoyed Bryan's humorous comments. After hearing the story of The Eclipse Inn we had to have a drink there afterwards!!

Great tour, friendly guide

Loved the tour. Tour guide was very educated on not only titanic, but other ships in soton. We learnt more about white star line that we didn't know beforehand. Tour guide was so friendly and interested in getting to know us. There was only 4 of us on this tour but it didn't disappoint.

Nice way to see Winchester

Very informative. The guide was friendly, and the walk was pretty comprehensive. We saw a lot of the beautiful town and learnt lots of the history that I didn't know. Lasted nearly 2 hours.
