the history of this attraction is awesome the evacuation of Dunkirk which saw the soldiers head towards the cliffs on their way home now the ferries use them to sail towards dover also the views of France are amazing on a clear day

Easy to get to by car or on foot from the centre of Dover. Nice visitor centre and tea rooms. Excellent views of the coast and port. There is a children's play areas and wooded walks. Even in on a cold, wet and windy December...More

Lots to do around Dover and particularly up on the cliffs. Visit the top of the cliffs or take a boat trip to see them Awesome

The cliffs never fail to impress. I have left Dover on a ferry several times and I always ensure I take some pictures. A natural British landmark worthy of its wide recognition.

I highly recommend the walk along the cliffs. Great views and half way we also did the guided tour in the WW tunnels. Amazing experience! Make sure you have good shoes though.

Been here many times. Views al9ng the coastal footpath is good you can the see port below. The pathway is steep in places and along its route it can be on numerous levels. Also below the cliffs are some hidden search light batteries. Take care...More
