Harbour

Great views and a great walk. Lovely looking at all the boats. Definitely suggest walking up to the lighthouse.

Great place to visit in the sunshine probably not so much to do if it's wet. There is a fair bit of walking to see both the harbour and the beech. But there are plenty of cafes and coffee bars to stop and rest. Loved the harbour best and sea trips were on offer but we did not have time.

Very busy small vessel Harbour just across the English Channel from coast of Europe with inner and outer Harbour arms which give comprehensive all round views of the whole Harbour. Fantastic restaurant on the outer end of the outer arm. Very good restaurants, of all 'flavours', along the water front facing the Harbour. The Galley restaurant very handy for the... More

I admit I'm biased as I live in Ramsgate but whatever the season, it really is a lovely harbour. Whether you're interests are anything nautical, nature, eating, drinking or simply people watching, it's the place to be. If you've not visited before, come see for yourselves.

A great place to stroll around and take in the sights and sample the extensive variety of eateries and "drinking holes"

A walk around the harbour followed by a coffe or a drink in one of the bars - Arch Bar is particularly good - makes for a very pleasant Sunday afternoon.

Nice place to have lunch and a glass of wine while watching the boats and seagulls. In the winter the pub is really nice to sit by the window. Can spend the day just relaxing
