Really pleasant park to walk through on a summers day. Loved looking at the old Victorian Greenhouse. Well maintained grass and flower beds. Fantastic to see the beautiful Parakeet's .

The park itself is lovely and the Glasshouse Restrauant a nice place to stop for Tea and Cake (although there is another nice Cafe on the other side also).
Having 2 Dogs what we really appreciated was not just that it was Dog Friendly but the number of friendly dogs (and owners!) we met in the park.
Will definitely be visiting this park the next time we are in the area.

We set out to visit the Victorian tearoom but being out of Season it was closed. We walked through the park on a beautiful spring morning and found this to be relaxing, restorative and well kept. An oasis of flowers, green grass and beauty.

Lovely park. Lots of space for the kids to run and play. Nice play area although could be better maintained. Only down point was the rubbish. It was everywhere. Real shame as it ruined the park.

This park, on the site of Sir Moses Montefiore's former home, East Cliff Lodge, is situated between Ramsgate and Dumpton Gap. Large and grassy, it is an ideal venue for walking your dog. However, there are no public toilets available, they were closed down many years ago, due to vandalism, and mis-use by certain members of the community. This is unfortunate, as they would be of use to many people. The tea stall, situated by the main gates, is open for hot and cold drinks, ice creams, etc., during the summer. There is also a children's play area.

I actually remember this place being derelict when i was younger.
Hidden away in the depths of the park, easily missed but worth a visit.
Nice quiet spot with a very well restored glasshouse
Cream tea was lovely.

I've been meaning to visit this greenhouse for so long, and now I have done so on such a beautiful hot day! The cafe was not open on the day I visited, but I could see that it was lovely, with seating both inside and outside on the lawn. The greenhouse appears to be in excellent condition and I loved the unusual shaped panes of glass. So beautifully ornate.

We went with friends and their small child. Unfortunately the park is not how I remembered. The local council have recently completed maintenance on the play area and have installed a new one. Sadly, it isn't a patch on the old park, not as exciting or engaging for children. Despite this we had a nice day. The toilet facilities are however disgusting.
