Seeming as though dinnertime's are busy, there's only 2 staff on. Need more. Cutlery not cleaned properly. Get a jug & HOT water with lemon slice. Hand clean. I don't know, how these staff, got their Food Hygiene certificates.

We visited Hull again recently and called in at St Stephens. This place is still the best shopping centre in Hull city centre, loads of shops and places to eat, something for everyone.

Dirty. Really dirty. The cups. The teapots. The tables. Not very nice at all which is a shame because its conveniently located. Hope this is seen and acted upon.
