If your visiting Hull, you can't really avoid the Marina with its ships, look out for the Spurn Light Ship which is now in permanent dock, but was working in the 1920s

Situated in the Centre of the City the Marina is well worth a visit to stroll round. A few hundred yards stroll from the lock gates the views accross the Humber are incredible.

There are restaurants and cafes lining the marina. It is also home to the Spurn Lightship. We thoroughly enjoyed the Travel Photographers of the Year exhibition which was displayed across the road beside the Basin and shopping centre. Well worth a visit.
