Garden Centre in the centre of Grasmere. We sell a variety of things from gifts, outdoor clothing, books, plants, garden furniture and foods. We also have a cafe - The Potting Shed - which serves home made cakes, scones, sandwiches, soups and a selection of light meals. You can even enjoy a local beer or two.

We regularly go to the Lake District and always visit the Garden Centre and their cafe. Not really sure why as there are better places to enjoy a drink and a light bite in Grasmere. Staff are lovely and helpful, but something is wrong with...More

Had tea and cakes after a morning hill walking. Was all ok, but felt a bit average. I didn't like having to queue to order my food like in a canteen - feels like you're doing someone's job for them. And it was slooooowwwww

This is a nice garden centre, and asothers have said, more of a gift shop. Unusually this time nothing tempted me to buy.

More of a gift shop than a garden centre, however as we were visiting the area we weren't interested in the plants, etc. A large variety of items to sales from clothing, footwear and gifts. Cafe area where we had a cream tea.
