Great place

I went to watch Grease the show was fantastic. The venue is great as it is in the city centre with lots of bars and resturants close by. The bar staff were lovely and very helpful.

Poor production on the whole....committed actors, decent stage but the writing and costumes looked poor. Not what wither of my young children were expecting. As for the venue, looks better on the outside than in...and bar prices would make Dick Turpin blush...extortionate!!

The Curve is an attractive venue in which to see a wide range of theatre from musicals to Shakespeare. You can enjoy a simple meal and drink in the cafe and bars. You are allowed to take drinks into the theatre area. Nearby, there are many eateries for a more substantial meal. We found the car park next door was... More

I've visited the curve on several occasions. Watched some amazing show's. Last night myself and my wife watched a production called Coal. A dance interpretation of the hardships the miners and their family's had to endure during Mrs Thatcher's time as prime minister. It was truly superb. An evening we'll remember. A worthy winner of several awards. The curve, for... More

A superb show by a brilliant young cast! Curve brought grease to Dubai and I was so lucky to watch this particular version of the cult show. I used to have a copy of the movie soundtrack and a gripe with the film was that a lot of the music, in particular one of my favourite ballads- 'those magic changes'-... More

Paid £56 for 4 tickets to take my grandchildren to see 'were going on a bear hunt' the performance was less than an hour long so £1 per minute ....... very disappointed in the performance, quiet amateurish and frankly my kids were bored, not what I would expect from this great venue

There are a wide variety of performances to suit all tastes here. Our latest was Fantastic Mr Fox. A tale for children but the adults enjoyed it too. Great theatre.

Went to see The Fantastic Mr Fox..excellent production. Kids really enjoyed it. A bonus when the curtains were lifted back stage and the kids could look behind the scenes on the way out.

Went with daughter n grandchildren to see "going on a bear hunt" Tuesday afternoon. Had coffee n toastie first. Very reasonably priced. The show was fab. The main 4 characters worked really hard to entertain us all. Brilliant adaption of the tv show. We even got a little wet. Kids loved it. Well done all. Big scary bear at the... More
