Great central location in a wonderful historic building in its own right. Only visiting for the day a wanted to buy a fridge magnet. They had so many to choose from it took me ages to decide! Friendly helpful staff.

This has always been one of the best tourist information centres in the uk. Lots of information, helpful staff, and a lovely gift shop.

Although bitterly cold we took the plunge to walk the castle walls. I locked the hubby in the Victorian prison! and we saw the Magna Carta which is a lot smaller than you expect it to be. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Most information centre's are housed in modern, rather un-attractive buildings. Not Lincoln's. This is a beautiful medieval house, sited neatly between the castle and the Cathedral, it's well worth a visit

Probably the best experience we've had in a Tourist Information Centre. The ladies on duty were knowledgeable and keen that we should enjoy our short break here. I don't usually leave a review for TIC's but the people we spoke to really were impressive.

As this was our first visit to Lincoln, we called in on the morning after our arrival. The staff were very knowledgeable about their city, and were most helpful in guiding us to places that we would find interesting. Do drop in to ask for guidance
