The young women who helped us on information within the Steep Hill and surrounding areas was very pleasant and quite knowledgeable. We were able to pick up some free maps and brochures that helped us in picking the sites to see and how best to get around the area. The building where the Info Centre is located is, in itself,... Easy to find in the centre of Lincoln, lovely staff and prices aren't too expensive at all! Got a lovely magnet for 1.99 and the staff didn't mind at all that I only had a big note. It's nice to bump into lovely people

This is so easy to find and in a perfect location at the top of the famous 'Steep Hill' set between Lincoln Castle and Lincoln Cathedral. We purchased tickets here to visit them both. It's also in a great location and quite a old building in it's own right. Very helpful staff too.
