We enjoy a walk along the prom all year round, late evening is lovely as you can quite often see a good sunset. Still haven't spotted a seal, but I know they do make an appearance occasionally.

I went to the part several times for running. It is next to the river so there are nice views. One disadvantage is that it is quite windy.

Great place for decent walks and dog friendly, good parking, take your own food (snacks or picnic) and water and chill and relax. You may not find a WC if needed so just think about that. Great for kids, bikes, dogs the lot. Enjoy

Always known this was on my doorstep but when on my early morning walks (well.. I say early morning but it's probably more middle of the night when I set off in most other people's eyes hehehe..). The title says it all really..... This is a fabulous part of Liverpool with tremendous views of the Mersey and wonderful walks to take at your own pace whilst you soak them up. Lots of benches to sit on if your legs get weary and if you are hungry then there is always the Otters Café or the Otterspool Arms... More

The whole promenade is beautiful and peaceful, with lovely views of the river. It's a great place to take a walk and then stop for a drink at one of the nice local pubs. There is a lot of greenery perfect for dog walking, child's play or picnicking.

Walk along and you... More

The view is beautiful. There is a play park for children, and large grass areas to relax on. The big down side is the large amount of dog faeces, many owners dont seem to clean up after their dogs in Liverpool, which ruins what can be a lovely walk.
