I will always use Europe shuttle from here on out. I used Europe shuttle 4 times this past trip, all drivers were professional, and on time, vehicles were clean and spacious. all Drivers spoke English (this was important since i lack the skills of being multi-lingual )

Great to see a friendly chauffeur with a greeting sign with my name waiting at Heathrow when I arrived after a 9 hours flight. last model Mercedes Benz with all the details in place.

Europe Shuttle is definitely a company for anyone looking for a reliable service. The driver was ready and waiting for us when we arrived, and the coach was in excellent condition and very comfortable as well.

I had been told that emirates business class is the bees knees and indeed flying lhr to Colombo via Dubai I could not fault. The reverse however was ruined on the Colombo Dubai leg by their running out of the only non spicy food offering being offered at breakfast time. Was offered an extra starter but this was over cooked dry salmon. Luckily normal service resumed on the Dubai lhr leg

I booked Arrival and Departure Transfers in Prague through Viator. Europe Shuttle were supposed to meet me at the Burger King as indicated on the voucher provided by Viator. I waited and called the provider an nothing from Europe Shuttle and no driver as I was expecting . Due to my arrival issues I attempted 2 time to reconfirm my departure and as with my arrival I was sent to a general Voicemail box. I left my contact information and I never received any response from Europe Shuttle.
Do yourself a favor stay far away from Europe Shuttle they are not reliable nor do they have good customer service to be able to speak with a customer service representative when needed nor do they return your phone calls or respond to Voicemail.
