The location was very comfortable and easy to get to! I learnt such invaluable information about the history of London Bridge, it was explained very clearly. The actors were terrifyingly fantastic, I did not know what to expect around every corner I was so excited to see what would happen next. As the acting was so good, it would have... More

We wouldn't recommend you wasting your money or time at this tourist trap. They try to make a good portion of your visit as scary as possible. There is nothing scary inside. Loud noises, very dark rooms, goofy heads, occasional person jumping out at you, stuff hanging from the ceiling. Nope, this place is pretty lame. At the start of... More

Just outside the London bridge tube station and unset the bridge sits this little gem. Rather like the dungeons, this has some great actors offering the scares and a fun jaunt around the tombs under the Thames.

We went as a family of 4 (two adults and 12 & 15 year old girls). We did the first tour of the day at 10.30am as it's slightly cheaper and less busy. It was historical enough for us without being a history lesson. We were guided through the underground exhibition by guides in character and period clothes. It was... More

I had this bought for me as a Christmas present, I loved all the information we got about the history of London bridge and the actors were hilarious! The 'tombs' were quite scary. The only thing I wish we could have done is go through the tombs a bit slower, you are told at the start of the tombs you... More

I booked tickets a few days ago, that included the Jack The Ripper tour for an extra $8 per ticket. When my email conformation arrived for the tour it turns out that particular company offers that tour for free with a tip. As a matter of fact all the add on tours are complimentary with a tip. Haven't done the... More

Not what I expected as not much historical content but if you like being scared and enjoy scarey movies this is a good choice. I would not take young children in as it might be too much for them .

Look at the website so you know what to expect. We went on a London pass, so not a big deal for us, but since I didn't look, I was expecting a little more history on the bridge, vs a little history and some drama.

We'd passed this attraction whilst on a tour bus and decided to come back and visit using Tescos vouchers for the experience. We'd done the London Dungeons last year but this is so much better. If you want to learn history then do the Dungeons if you want to have a laugh and be scared half to death do this!... More

Staying in Southwark

Neighbourhood Profile
Southwark
Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard, the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street, foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest attractions such as Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe. Despite Southwark's many popular draws, instant calm can be achieved easily by turning down almost any side street. For more urban buzz, a quick stroll across famed bridges like the pedestrianized Millennium Bridge or the ever photogenic Tower Bridge yields access to the very core of Central London. And with London Bridge Station as this neighbourhood's main transportation hub, getting across town (or to anywhere in England for that matter) is a relative breeze.
