I was blown away when we first discovered this cemetery park when we first moved to London in 2010. Since then I have walked here often, attended a few festivals here and general fallen in love with the place. Friends of THCP do great things here, putting on talks, walks and more. I would recommend everyone in the area or... More

Wow! What a hidden gem; a peaceful, beautiful place to wander through. Hard to believe you're still in London. Highly recommend a relaxed wander through the pathways among the film set like scenery.

It was a lovely way to spend a summer afternoon -- it felt like we were deep into tranquil woodlands while... More

Yesterday we attended 'Bow Beasties' again with our two Grandsons Sam and Jack. We have become regulars there since our son and his family discovered the fabulous nature reserve. Held on the third Saturday of the month, Bow Beasties in the Cemetery is a must do for us. Run and organised by Ken and his able assistant and wife Zoe... More

Lovely and peaceful and lots of wild flowers amongst the old graves, it was a shame the weather wasn't very good but we heard lots of birds, we will go again.

Visited this cemetery with a friend last Friday. It is just full of beautiful wild-flowers, trees, birds, along with dog-walkers, Mums' with children in push-chairs and joggers. And it is truly peaceful.....

We just did the Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park tour and found it extremely interesting. Sheldon was an excellent guide and provided many facts about the cemetery and the people buried there. Sadly many have been forgotten not to mention for some, the history of events that led to their death. We would definitely recommend to anyone and we found it... More
