You'll see parts of London that you wouldn't normally see during land tours, especially beyond Tower Bridge. The lunch was a very good but the main attraction tis of course London.

We boarded here at 10.30am for the leisurely trip down to Kew gardens. We sat on the top deck on a slightly chilly morning looking at all the amazing sights that London has to offer. My major criticism is that there was no commentary whatsoever....More

If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a
grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to
start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster
Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square,
and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham

I believe the scheduled time from Kew to Westminster is just over two hours but that schedule is only an estimate. They may be delayed due to other shipping.

The one way fare from Kew to Westminster was 13 GBP per person. You can buy your tickets at a booth at the Kew stop.

Yes they do but I would pay on the day at the booth at Westminster Station on the river as you can choose a nice day.
