Show was really good seated quickly -couldn't fault the theatre however only grumble was the other attendees who down right ruined the experience by shouting swear words becoming unruly which made the performer uneasy, staff should have ejected these people. But venue was good and easy to access

This place is worth 5 STARS, unfortunately I have to take 2 off due to the fact that we had to queue (and it was sold out) in the alleyway next to the arena, outside its looks amazing, inside is set out well and clean. but having been told that lots of bands appear here, I have to question being... Can't credit the staff enough. We checked in our coats before seeing Elbow play here and genuinely considered leaving them when we saw hundreds queuing to collect belongings at the end of the night, but the staff got through everyone so quickly! We all got into the venue pretty sharpish. The bar staff were pretty friendly too. My only niggle... More

In the English music scene, you've made it in you play at the Hammersmith...now called the Apollo, I was there when it was the Odeon twice, to see Marillion and Dio...a small venue of abour 5,000 gives you a great view from any of the stalls, and great acoustics.

Having paid a fortune for tickets then being told you can't take a small bottle of water in....Its policy, said the man searching the bags, what a ripoff this country is becoming!

For watching comedy and live music, this is one of London's better large venues. It's massive and has a sloping floor and seating plan so that everyone can see well, which is surprisingly rare. My only complaint is the very poor selection of drinks: "Mmm, Tuborg!" said no one, ever.

Really great night seeing the film of Bowies last concert as Ziggy. Having been there in 73 it brought back amazing memories. The 2 girl DJ's helped to set the mood. Loved the venue so friendly and easy.

Old but lovely. Very good gig, wasn't that expensive, good view. Nice staff. Would go back again. Nice size for a venue.

Fantastic show . Donny was amazing .Prompt entry. The theatre staff were well organised and showed everyone to the correct seat. Seats were roomy and it was great to have space between isles so people could go down to stage easy and Donny could walk into crowd . Two small niggles 1.if going to a concert try to download concert... More

Filthy and outdated fixtures. Womens toilets all smell like mens urinals. No disabled facilities apart from one toilet and an entrance ramp. No lift in the building. Seating is narrow and connected to the neighbouring chair, transmitting movement. Despite reading venue information about accessibility before I travelled, in my experience there was minimal adaptation for the physically disabled, and zero... More
