We travelled to Kensington Palace especially for the display of Lady Diana's Dresses. We specifically went on a week day to avoid the crowds and we purchased the tickets in advance. The Dresses were displayed well and had a picture of Lady Di wearing them including quite a lot if detail about where they were worn. My only criticism is... More

We were in Kensington Gardens and then went to Kensington Palace to see the tour and the exhibit of Diana's wardrobe was on display. I absolutely loved seeing her clothing and the pictures of when she wore them. There were sketches and a slideshow as well. There is a cute little gift shop and coffee shop as well.

The display of the iconic dresses worn by Princess Diana are truly stunning. It also tells her story through fashion and from the dresses you can see the evolution of her as a person. You go through the Palace rooms before the exhibition which are well worth taking time in if you have not been before. Queuing times to enter... More

Ridiculous staff who don't inform you when you buy your overpriced ticket that the Victoria exhibition (the best part of the palace) is currently closed. The palace was well restored several years ago, but the historic paintings are in the main very second rate (the good ones must have been taken off to the museums or kept by the current... More

I took my mum to view the Diana exhibition. You have to walk round the other exhibitions first but there is not loads to see and if you go on a quite day like we did, you can get through quickly. Once you get to the Diana bit you have to que up, initially outside and then indoors. We went... More

Compared to any other London attraction, the organisation is appalling. There are no timed slots for visits, they have no idea how many 3rd parties have sold tickets so potential attendance figures are unknown. The website states that only a limited number of tickets are available for advance purchase which would allude to a number of tickets being available on... More

We were visiting London, so were disheartened to see a queue and hear an employee telling people that there were long waits and booked groups. We showed our Virgin Experience voucher and we were then admitted immediately, bypassing the queue for tickets - worth knowing as there were no signs to this effect, so unless we had asked we could... Our main message is this: If you visit without a pre-paid ticket or London Pass, expect a very long wait ! We visited on the weekend of 18 March 2017. After queuing for over an hour, we were then told that there was over an hours wait at the Diana exhibition. I was particularly unhappy with the lack of communication... More

Me and my husband had been bought an experience voucher to visit the palace and afternoon tea afterwards at the nearby Royal Garden Hotel. We did enjoy the visit to the palace and especially as it was a gift from our daughter. However, we both felt that if we had paid the entry fee of £19 each to visit we... More

A must visit for those who would like to learn on British royals history. There is also Diana dress exhibition where we can appreciate on the British royals fashion for those who are interested.
