Completely and utterly amazing. Efficient friendly service at the box office, the member of staff who checked out bags and the staff serving at the bar. Expensive seats in the stalls but worth every penny. We had two people behind us texting and talking all the way through the first half and after reporting them to staff they were dealt... More

I visited the Queen's Theatre box office in late afternoon in hopes of getting a single ticket for the Les Miserables evening show that same day. Not only was I able to secure a ticket, but the gentleman assisting me named Chris went above and beyond to ensure that I was pleased with my seat. He found me the best... More

We went to see Les Mis, we had seen the show before many years ago but not at this theatre. The Queens Theatre is small but beautiful , the ceilings are magnificent. The staff are polite and very helpful. I am disabled and found access easy you only have to ask and staff can sort your particular access needs. I... More

I was on a school trip with some friends and we knew there was a day when everyone could buy tickets and go to a theatre show. We chose Les Miserables. At first I was afraid because we had to take the tube all by ourselves. However, the theatre was extremely easy to find (as a result of the huge... More

We went here to see the famous musical. I have to say the people are very nice: they helped us change our tickets without charge for another date because we have been unable to travel (medical conditions). When we finally I was impressed with the building: it is very nice and the stage is very close, you have that great... More

Love the theatre. So ornate and not as big as to lose a personal, snug feel. Les mis is an amazing show. Bar is very expensive. They sell you a bottle of wine and then tell you, you can't take it into the auditorium, that wasn't good. Overall it's a good experience.

Lovely theatre and the show was great. Shame the theatre staff allowed a stream of latecomers into their seats once the show had started ....very disruptive

I loved the show, les miserables is truly awesome -separate review! I am talking about the theatre. Fixable stuff as well. I understand that this is an old building and the layout is as it is, why do the bathrooms need to be so dirty? Why do the bars have to be so expensive? Whilst I loved the show, I... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
