Wow! I've been to many museums in London but somehow this one has passed me by. If you are an art lover it's a must. If you enjoy beautiful architecture it's a must. Beautiful beautiful place and plenty of room to explore and enjoy

Perfect location, impressive galleries especially the Turner ones. I was last there for the Hockney exhibition. Lovely tucked away fine dining restaurant in the basement and a great members room and gallery on the upper level for leaf tea or coffee and cake.

We came here to see the extensive exhibition of the works of David Hockney, a contemporary English artist, living in California. Impressive !

Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than
most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely
residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames,
is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle
architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art
lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class
Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art
from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and

I wouldn't let the thought of having timed tickets put you off, quite the reverse in fact. The queues aren't too long and the timed visiting means that you have time to take it all in.
