Well done to Mick. The guy has so much enthusiasm and knowledge about the subject, he takes you back to 1888! I would recommend this tour and we bought the book he has written.

There is probably more standing and listening than long sessions of walking. You are on your feet for 90 minutes + but about 30 minutes walking

We stayed in Travelodge Tower Bridge. Obviously nothing fancy but great location. About 10 min walk to start if this tour.

My boy is 11. He loved it. The adults were more bothered by some of the pictures than he was. Tbh, none if it is that bad considering what you see on tv these days.
