I highly recommend this trip to Stonehenge and Bath. At first, I had only booked the trip to Stonehenge but I was given the option to upgrade at last minute and I’m glad I did. Our tour guide Gavin was awesome! He was fun, entertaining,...More
Our tour guide was enormously knowledgeable on entire history behind the Tower of London along with every single building and item contained in that facility. Clearly the crown jewels are the ultimate item to see on this trip and they did not disappoint.
Our guide was very knowledgeable about the places we visited and was able to pass on the history in an entertaining way.
She also adapted her tour to our wishes and showed us places we would have never found on our own.
Finally she listened...More
Not even one star. Guide had never been to these places. GUIDE was NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE OR PROFESSIONAL. Spent at least three hours of our day trying to find the driver(not English-speaking) and at one point she attempted to put us in a red car even...More
Hey VIP London Tours!
I'm emailing to rave about our lovely day today with an absolute gentleman, Richard/Robert (as terrible as I am, I forgot his name). Possibly as Richard the 3rd came into conversation a fair bit during our tour. But now I think...More
These people are inept and rude. Our driver was 45 minutes late, had never been to Bath before and the car smelled of diesel exhaust fumes the entire day. Our guide was nice enough but due to the lateness of the driver we had to...More
My husband and I, along with our teen aged sons, arrived after an overnight flight at 9 in the morning, exhausted and our intent was to find a low key, low energy way to stay awake until our hotel room was ready and to try...More
The tour guide started the day by being 20 minutes late, but did say he would make sure the time was made up at the end. Then we had to get tickets for the tube to get there. Once there, our guide mostly just helped...More
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's
glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
