From all of the pictures of 10 Downing Street, I presumed you could walk right up to the Prime Minister's front door. As it turns out, the entire street is blocked off, gated and guarded. I was actually glad to see this from a security...More

Usually guarded by police- definitely a place to stop for a look - then you can say you have been. maybe stop for a selfie lol! not a lot going on but if you keep going there are more historical places to see in whitehall.

I found that the street outside was extremely busy, which made it difficult to see the famous door. As the street itself is fenced off you can't really see much. It's good to walk past and see the street sign, however I wouldn't wait in...More

The whole reason you go here is to see 10 Downing Street. It is blocked off at the intersection so you can't get anywhere near (for security reasons) and even if you can get close to the gate, you'll barely see the building. Not worth...More

This street is located off Whitehall in Central London. It is the street housing the office and residence of the Prime Minister and Chancellor of the Exchequer. Tight security ensues no visitors in the vicinity so unless you are around the area it is not...More

If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a
grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to
start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster
Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square,
and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham
Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just
up the road as well. As captivating as the
architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are
