The museum was smaller than I was expecting there are some beautiful items on display. A great place to visit if you have an interest in the military, maybe a bit underwhelming otherwise

I think if you are ex forces you would enjoy this but it feels like they’ve got lots of items and they are all on display. It lacks the human story and could really benefit from professional intervention to help them choose key items to...More

Not too far from Buckingham Palace is the Guards Museum. Inside you there are displays and explanations of the various guard regimens and their uniforms. Displays chronicle important battles over the centuries and show how the uniforms and equipment changed over time. There is a...More

Outstanding museum of weapons, uniforms, battles, with plenty of history to read about. Delightful gentlemen at the entrance, too. Had a nice sitting area for anyone who might be a bit tired from walking. Photos allowed.

A must to see in London. I tried to put up a video of the parade but could not. Young and old would love this.

We visited the Guards Museum for the second time while we were in London. Once again, we found it very interesting looking at the artefacts on display. Admission was free with our London pass. This little museum is well worth a visit and they do...More

If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a
grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to
start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster
Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square,
and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham
Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just
up the road as well. As captivating as the
architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are
