The Mall is a road running from Trafalgar Square, underneath Admiralty Arch, and up to Buckingham Palace. The surface of this road is coloured red and it is used to convey The Royal Family to and from special events such as Trooping the Colour and the opening of Parliament. It is lined by trees and, on many occasions, flags and... More

This road runs from Buckingham Palace to Whitehall, near Trafalgar Square. It is closed to traffic on Sundays and public holidays and on ceremonial occasions.

A nice big wide street before Buckingham Palace. Enjoyable to walk along/ stroll along and take in the views of the palace as you approach. I like how wide it is so it doesn't feel so busy or crowded.

The Mall -- the street leading to the front door of Buckingham Palace. A nice big wide tree lined street worth a walk.

The Mall runs from Trafalgar Square to Buckingham Palace and is London's show-piece avenue for royal and state events. With most traffic excluded it makes for a pleasant stroll.

It's THE road to the palace. Straight, tree lined, flag lined with Buckingham Palace at the end after going through Admiralty Arch. I'd love to be here for a big Royal occasion, such an iconic street. Kids enjoyed running up here to the palace.
