This cinema is a unique experience that completely trumps the mainstream cinemas. The seats are comfortable sofas, we ordered pizza which was bought to our seat just in time for the film to start. Drinks are a little more expensive but you don't mind paying extra in a place like this. The cinema itself is old school with a modern... More

Also adding a review about Muswell Hill Everyman (which does not appear to have its own page). The old reviews must be before the refurbishment. I thought it was nice enough then but anyway now it's a superb stylish venue with very comfortable seats. Not the cheapest but why would you want a bargain basement cinema anyway for a good... More

First timers here and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were given a gift card for our anniversary and we had enough on it to see a film (A street cat named Bob) and treat ourselves to tea and cake on our sofa before the film and hot chocolate afterwards. It's an intimate little place and a cinematic experience we'd both... More

I felt compelled to defend the Muswell Hill Everyman in the light of the previous 'Avoid MF' review. Clearly this was during the renovations, when the Everyman team did a great job at keeping the cinema going, introducing the Everyman feel while handling the limitations of the old Odeon set up (ie: seats just on the balcony), and waiting for... A very civilised way to watch a film. Comfortable sofa seats in a small intimate auditorium. Waiter service at your seat. Drinks are not cheap but then it isn't an everyday experience.

Saw a live stream from The Royal Opera House and frankly the experience was probably better than going to Covent Garden. Comfy seats, plenty of leg room and a fantastic Big Screen with state of the art sound. You can even have a drink and a snack brought to your seat. Difficult to see why you would not go again.... I'm adding this comment to balance one left over a year ago discouraging people to go to this cinema. I found the seating arrangements comfortable, ample leg room and a clear view of the screen. Bar serves good Merlot, etc. Great to have it as a local cinema although prices may be on the high side.

Lovely independent cinema, slightly more expensive than other bigger chains but definitely worth the money as the seats are comfy and you can order food to them, and there's a good range of nice drinks and fresh food

Great cinema, I love the side seats perfect for cuddling and watching a good movie in comfort. It's nice to have choice of other foods on the menu. Although the guacamole was a little too much on the onion side. The staff are friendly and the customer service was fabulous.

The Silverfox and I went for a Sunday afternoon movie here and was so happy with the atmosphere and vibe of this place. It was a whole new world of glasses of wine and food while watching a movie. The seats are comfy and to relax with a glass of pinot Grigio and some snacks is so nice - only... More
