Ealing is one of my local places to meet family and friends. It's not as good as it used to be. But it still has plenty of bars and restaurants. There are a decent amount of shops there too. Easily accessible by public transport with lots of connections.

This is a truly great place to stay while visiting, and if I was every to move to London I could totally live here. The Borough of Ealing is a hop skip and jump away from central London (by tube/bus). What's even better if you are traveling, it's so close to the Heathrow Airport (you can access if on the... More

Ealing is a very nice part of London. I am not sure about the night life here but it is definitely buzzing during the day. An extensive choice of restaurants and coffee shops as well as some clothes stores

Away from Ealing Broadway, a nice area to live and visit; however, the Broadway has started to become run down. The only good thing about the Broadway is the variety of world cuisine available from the different restaurants.

Barry Cryer was ACE as a compere #parrotjokes - he is such a talented comedian, writer and generally all round top bloke. Ian Stone was also very funny, Paul Singha did the same set as the last time I saw him and Alan Davies was like, I will just run through some life experiences at home!! Seemed like he was... More

Had my annual trip to the festival, and as per usual, the event was first class. Plenty of different beers to sample in the sunshine. I f you had to be critical of anything, then the toilet facilities are not the best, but, what else can you expect in the middle of a Park

Starting as a place of transit between London and Uxbridge, the borough is split up by the main road, Uxbridge street/High street. Being in the middle, Ealing, though, has the merits of being close enough to London and to Heathrow airport. Moreover, after Crossrail gets to work, Ealing Broadway will be on a direct line up to Canary Wharf. Without... More

In Ealing Broadway itself are some good eating places and The North Star is a firm local pub right in Central Ealing. If you come out of Ealing Broadway station and turn right there are some quieter places to eat and if you turn left and then right at the lights you can make your way towards Walpole Park. The... Would recommend this area for people who want to travel in and around London it's half hour away from the centre (Big Ben) on the coach! The double tree Hilton is fab!
