Let's start this saying I'm a major Potterhead. And when I mean major, I mean going to tv shows to talk about Harry Potter, organizing HP related events and even doing presentations about the topic at geek/pop culture events, since 2006. The only reason why i'm mentioning all this is: after so many years inside the fandom, this tour managed... More

We did this tour for a 20th birthday surprise. Our tour guide was absolutely amazing, I don't think we stopped smiling during the whole tour. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it exceeded them non the less. Full of fun and facts, would fully recommend to any age group. It truly was wizard. A magical journey. Worth the money,... More

A fabulous walking tour full of Harry Potter facts! Ellie was our wonderful guide and made the tour really fun for us. My daughter loved Harry Potter so she absolutely loved every minute. A really great experience, thanks!

A fun little walking tour around London, loaded with interesting tidbits about the Harry Potter series and some of its inspirations. Also our tour guide, Scott Potter, is adorable and enthusiastic (even though he's a Slytherin), and we all miss him dearly. A great small-scale adventure for both Harry Potter fans and those who would just like some stories and... More

Great way to see London for Harry Potter fans. Ellie lovegood was our guide & she was fabulous! Full of knowledge & facts. Daughter is a huge Harry Potter nerd & she even learned stuff. Fun to see where they filmed scenes.

This tour way such a good time! It was 2 1/2 hours walking around London seeing several sites where the Harry Potter films were shot at and areas that inspired JK Rowling. You also get to see locations where the Bridget Jones movies were filmed, the show Sherlock was filmed and Downing Street. Our guide was Alex Scamander he was... More

Will Hagrid was wonderful! We loved the entire experience. Will was very knowledgeable and my daughter can't wait to go back home to relay her new found facts to our family and friends. Don't miss out on this tour!

I would say the tour was for my daughter but I enjoyed it and it was the second time I took it (the first time was less than 6months ago) - we had some friends with us and decided to do it again. Still a fantastic tour - even in the cold and wind - it was totally worth it!

We signed up for the Muggles Tour as part of a quick London visit to also watch the play and visit the Studio. I am glad we did, as it wrapped up our visit very well, and ensured we saw a part of London we may have missed otherwise. Greta, our guide, was excellent and catered to the various ages... More

Fun walking tour that I would recommend for your own Potter Heads. Our guide, a female Slytherin from the Netherlands, was energetic, engaging and lots of fun. My girls loved the trivia quizzes along the way. I liked that she had loads of actual literary insight as well as the celeb stuff. She was a Lord of the Rings fan... More

Staying in Southwark

Neighbourhood Profile
Southwark
Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard, the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street, foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest attractions such as Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe. Despite Southwark's many popular draws, instant calm can be achieved easily by turning down almost any side street. For more urban buzz, a quick stroll across famed bridges like the pedestrianized Millennium Bridge or the ever photogenic Tower Bridge yields access to the very core of Central London. And with London Bridge Station as this neighbourhood's main transportation hub, getting across town (or to anywhere in England for that matter) is a relative breeze.
