took my first ever cake baking class and enjoyed it immensely! maria and her two lovely assistants are fun, enthusiastic and efficient. great set of people in the class as well - all happy to take home victoria sponge cake with yummy lemon curd, brownies oozing with sea salt caramel sauce and another yum-o goodie hazelnut financiers.

I really enjoyed my evening with Annamarie who was very knowledgeable and gave us a great evening. We enjoyed all the goodies I took home. I would definitely recommend it.

I highly recommend the macaron class. We were a group of 8 friends and we all really enjoyed it. We'll be back for another class.

Excellent demonstrations and guidance. I picked up a lot of useful tips. The day included a delicious lunch and we had good things to take home and show off. Highly recommended.

I had the most amazing time at Maria's class. Great venue, 6 people in the class and overcame my fear of yeast breads. Hands on experience and time to ask lots of questions.
