We viisted here to have a look at Go Ape and were impressed by the park which is a quiet green area on the south bank It has play areas for children, a small zoo, a boating lake and large open spaces for picnics as well as the go ape experience. There are lots of sports facilities which were being... More

Went here with the family on a Sunday. Beautiful views and lots of history. Good views of Albert and Battersea bridges, also views of the old power station being converted to apartments. Lovely boating pool and green areas. Go Ape on far side of park. A visit is definitely reccommended.

Battersea Park on the Banks of the river Thames is beautiful. We spent a couple of hours walking the park and soaking up the grounds. Beautiful lakes, grassed areas perfect for a picnic and also a nice restaurant where we had a nice lunch. We came across a cricket match going on and it was so peaceful to walk through... More

We do our marathon training here at Battersea park, you can cut outside the park and pound the pavements, and then go back inside the park. It has lots of different activities, and there is something going on for the public most weekends. I love it here.

A really huge park with so much to see and do. Lots of birds and wildlife, gardens with lovely blooms, playgrounds, riverside walks, boating, children's zoo, a Go Ape zipline and lovely views. Take a walk or just relax on the benches and enjoy the views.

Booked tickets to The London Motorshow which this year was being held inside the park . The Park is huge lots to see and do plenty of activities for the kids also a bonus of being right next to the Thames . After lots of walking and ending up with sore feet , we all had a great time

This is my favorite park in London. Primarily because it is diverse with both large open spaces and small cosy walking paths among planted flowers and even palm trees. Plenty of places to sit and relax too. It is a bit harder to reach since there is no tube station close by, but take bus 44 towards Tooting from Victoria... More

I've visited Battersea Park with my family some while ago in winter. Even on cold weather people take walks and it never feels deserted. It took a full day to walk through half of the park. Trees are amazing and old. Got the chance to take pictures of ducks floating on the lake. All in all it was the most... More

Our kids were desperate for fields to play football (soccer) - and with a 3 year old, place for the toddler to run. This park had the most enormous and fabulous playground anywhere in the world! And plenty of fields and nets and snacks to keep the 12-person family group happy for hours. EXCELLENT!
