On a big walk on a Saturday, we stopped in here 3 times, once in the morning to explore, next for a quick lunch and last for a good sit down fish supper. The variety and quality of the wares offered by the vendors still...More

Yummy food everywhere. Reasonably priced as well as it is essentially take away/ informal dining. I tried oysters and I really enjoyed this market. Go for sure!

We didn't discover Borough Market until our 4th day in London, and we immediately wished we visited earlier. It is heaven if you like cheese, meats, fruits, bread, vegetables, beer/wine, and much more. You can sample almost anything you want and there are also vendors...More

This is fun with all of the taste sensations available. Visually it is very appealing as it is and then you can buy as many different foods as you like and go home with a feast to be had. Even gluten free is catered for.

Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard,
the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond
any up-and-coming phase of development. For quite some
time, locals and out-of-towners alike have loved
browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street,
foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old
foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks
of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest

Mostly cash but there are plenty of ATM's around the market. It's quicker and easier to just use cash, as most places have long lines waiting for food. You will be better off just using cash.
