We stopped by here to eat after sightseeing by the river. We got seated upstairs, which was lovely. It is a cozy, classic dining room with a great view. The waitstaff was good if not a little quirky. We started with a mozzarella/tomato appetizer which...More

Popped in on sat afternoon for lunch. I had fixed price 3 course menu (whitebait, steak & creme brûlée) which was good value for £16.95, friend shared my starter & pud & had Cesear salad for main. Food good & staff lovely

Such a brilliant location, next door to theatre land, on the strand, close to bus stops and walking distance from the Thames. Wonderful old English building, we could've sat outside all night watching the world go by. Will definitely be back!
