I went on the Emirates Airline yesterday with my Mum and teenage daughter. It was a bit of a whim as we'd come up to see a show at the O2 but I am so glad we did! It's easy, very interesting and great value. So good to see a totally different part of London from the air. And the... More

We went with two children age 6 and 8. each way on the cable cars takes about 8-9 minutes to complete. The views are great. We bought a ticket that also enters us into their aviation exhibition - which the kids loved! It is very interactive and you can spend ages there. I highly recommend visiting it if you have... More

Fantastic way to travel over the Thames with incredible views. Easily a 10 minute trip over to the 02 area not costing a lot, I think about 3.50 each way but we just popped it on our Oyster cards which made it a lot easier. During the 'flight' it gives you information on how the cable cars were built and... More

Simple crossing no needs for tickets, you can use your Oyster card. Great views very comfortable and you can do a round trip or one way . We went to the O2 then across via cable car and back into town via the DLR but you can do a round trip back to the Dome. Well worth a visit especially... More

An excellent attraction and well worth the trip to the O2 area. Highly recommend to do the return trip maybe once or twice and visit the centre which explains and shows the A380 at its best, a small cafe and shop on site to relax after a great trip

On a visit to the 02 Arena London, we came across the Emirates cable car. You are able to use your Oyster card balance or pay £3.50 one way or £7.00 return. Smooth ride across the Thames with great views of the capital city. I can highly recommend this and cannot wait to go across again on my next visit... More

I was looking forward to trying this but was a bit disappointed. I was expecting something a bit more exciting. The set up is good, staff very helpful and the cable cars clean. A good view to be had whilst up high. It was a short ride, and very smooth. During your 'flight' there is a running commentary which is... More

We stayed near Royal Victoria and attended the O2. The cable car was a quick & easy trip over the water. The only downside was that it stopped running at 8pm. It was disappointing not to be able to get back to our hotel, instead requiring a £20 taxi ride instead of the £3.50pp cable car

A really unique view from up here. We got to see a lot of London as we had a beautiful sunny day. Not really much to do around the Royal Docks, so we only went for this. Easy to find. Beware the pricing - if you're an Oyster holder and want a round trip then it's more expensive to stay... More
