This is a very congenial theatre at a reasonable price. I book the reduced deals with three performances. Gloria was an interesting play but the nasal american voices and the fast speech left me missing half the story. Down stairs there are also performances and...More

Visited the theatre for penultimate performance of the show Gloria. We were very close to the stage (2nd row) and this added to the enjoyment of the visit.

Just made my latest visit to this gem of a venue tucked away in Swiss cottage right next to the tube station. Saw the thrilling Gloria on this occasion but have rarely seen a poor production and all involve superb acting some well known and...More

Have been regular visitors to Hampstead Theatre for a couple of years now, and strongly recommend. There is a sufficient street parking nearby (never had to walk more than 4 minutes from the venue) as well as being close to Swiss Cottage underground station There...More

Very intimate setting. Great play, well acted and directed. Lovely theatre with bar and cafe. Inexpensive at £10 each. Easy access from Swiss Cottage tube.

Modern theater, perfect for a night in the theater. 1 big stage and a few more intimate stages as well. Great to go a bit earlier, grab some bites and wine before a play.

Really enjoyed the current play 'Filthy Business ' Well acted and enjoyable family drama-although plot a bit overdone at times. Lovely theatre. Good slope on seats and nice big bar area with lots of seating. Close to Swiss Cottage tube. Matinee concessions for older adults...More

We are regular theatre goers and yet, shamefully, this was my first visit to the Hampstead Theatre. It is easy to reach by bus and Swiss Cottage tube is close by. On a cool, sunny Wednesday matinee, we enjoyed the nearby food market and there...More

A great little theatre which has 2 stages and both put on great productions. There is a bar and a café and plenty of places to sit and drink. Its very close to Swiss Cottage Tube station

Nice bar and seating area to enjoy a drink before a show. We didn't eat but the meals that others had looked pretty good.

It's quite relaxed and informal at this theatre and I can only speculate that if you spot a cast member after the play, you would get your programme signed. I have never stayed after the performance.

Not certain, I'm 6 1 and had enough leg room although I must say the seats could be more comfy. The view though was superb in this lovely little theatre. If I was super tall I'd get an aisle seat.
