Tried to book for a super-off peak night but the site booking system was trying to charge the regualr amount. I messaged on the site but got no reply. The emailed at 9PM saying that it states on the stie that you must email or call to book for super-off peak. There is no such statement. Instead of admitting their... More

She gives me such useful advice and I have progressed so much thanks to her. Also the rink is such a pleasant environment and everyone is always very kind and welcoming.... More

We have been in Queens after long time. Refurbishment changed this place amazingly! The atmosphere is created to relax! Staff polite, friendly and helpful. Food is matching the quality and price! After meal we was really full and happy. At the visit time one of managers, Ranjan, came to our table to inquire how are we, are we having a... More

I love the skating rink at Queens. My 5 year old grandson had a few skating lessons with an instructor Kerri-Ann. He was an absolute beginner and she's been a brilliant teacher for him. He got a lot of confidence from just a few lessons. Kerri-Ann was always very friendly and made his ice skating lessons so enjoyable. My grandson... More

I love skating at Queens. Ice skating is a fun but difficult sport. I have lessons with coach, Susan Best, who is brilliant at teaching technique and is patient and kind. She has helped me progress so much with my skating. There's also a great, very friendly, Wednesday group lesson coffee morning

I have been skating at Queens for almost 2 years. When I first started out I tried to learn by myself using instinct, which was a terrible idea and I picked up a lot of bad habits. Luckily I managed to get a really good ice skating instructor called Emma Murphy who managed to make massive strides in getting an... More

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighbourhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighbourhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
