Had a great time seeing Skinny Lister here. Loved the venue and the selection of drinks was really good with some local beers available, albeit a bit expensive.

I saw Paul Dempsey here. It is a great venue for a small gig. I'd only go to see acoustic or softer music as a metal or punk gig here would be a bit too insane and your ears would be bleeding by the time...More

Went here to watch Ferocious Dog and what a great little place to see a band, only a few minutes from Highbury and Islington tube station it's quite small but it was not overcrowded and easy to get to the bar and toilets. The sound...More

Reviewing a venue is a bit tricky in that the amount you love the thing you've gone to see, and the degree that the performance lives up to expectations will colour your opinion. So to get that bit out of the way, Tragedy, the worlds...More

Third visit to The Garage on the occasion of a rare appearance in London of James McMurty & his excellent band!! This really is one of my favourite small London venues that doesn't get too packed, offers great sight lines & brilliant sound! What more...More

I have been here to see quite a few bands. Parking was quite easy around the back of the building. The staff inside are very friendly and I love the fact it's a cosy atmosphere with no drama. Reminds me of when I used to...More

Went to this venue to watch Wednesday 13 over Halloween weekend. The venue perfectly matched the theme of the weekend. It is a great venue for music and I would recommend to see some great live bands.

Is there any mobile phone coverage in the venue? It might seem the most pointless question to ask about a music venue but I need to be reachable somehow through my work phone. Internet coverage would be great but I need to be able to receive SMS alerts at least. Many thanks in advance. Fabio
