Full disclosure here. I'm an American who loves spicy and flavorful street food. With that said, I enjoyed my first visit to Street Feast in Dalston. This was my eighth visit to London's street food/food stall scene (Pump, Dinerama, Kerb, Druid, Maltby, Old Spitalfields, and Borough Hall).

My favorite stall was Rola Wala (Indian). Their food was well spiced and the chutneys were tasty. Check out their chicken tikka roll (ask for spicy).

My least favorite was B.O.B.'s Lobster. I was excited to try the lobster roll but was disappointed as I thought it was very expensive (~15 pounds) for the amount of lobster. It was mostly a roll. Skip the roll. Maybe the lobster mac n cheese is better.

We also tried White Men Can't Jerk. I say it was average. Needed more flavor for me. The New World Wine Garden had some good reds. Our dessert from Meringue Girls was very good. Quite different and interesting. We had the chocolate dessert (I can't remember the exact name).

Street Feast is worth checking out next time you are in London. The "vibe" is good, blah, blah. Sorry...I go for the food.

Fun, casual, busy, sometimes cold...
Loads of good food options, from vegan wraps to bbq ribs. Prepare to queue for some food stalls and there is often a hefty wait for the bar, but its a great place to catch up with friends and enjoy the different bites on offer.
I did find on both visits that the veggie options ran out pretty early, so arrive in time.
Amazing pizzas!

Great food, nice music, interesting venue and totally amazing vibe! Food options are endless and all with a twist from the regular. Bleeker street burger, one of the best burgers in town has its own stand which appears to be very popular - and that's for a reason! Highly recommended. The Slider offers 3 mini-burgers for a tenner, and you can have all different flavours to try! I must say they were all delicious. Don't miss a big portion of fries with their delicious mayo from "White men can't jerk". After all they go well with the burgers! Do prefer them because they come in a bigger portion comparing to bleeker street or other stands. Kimchinari is a korean version of a buritto - interesting but I prefer the normal buritto. Yum bun is so yum yum. Those steamed buns are really dreamy, "so fluffy I am gonna die" kind of thing and you can do 2 for £7, so you can try both the pork and the chicken one as it is impossible to decide which one to chose. I wish I didn't have left it for last.
It is impossible to try everything and the choice is really hard, so listen to your heart and chose what it says, or actually your belly. Prices are all a bit high considering it is supposed to be street food, but the food is more than just street food, which kind of justifies it. Gin cocktails there are also really good! The place is really nice decorated (for a ruined industrial building, it is quite cool) but because it is open space be prepared for some cold, because London. There are some barrels that you can get a but warm but it is best to go there prepared! The place is ideal to relax and hang out with a group of people but it is also good for small groups and couples. You'll have a fun evening either way!

the dalston yard is the greatest place to hang, have coffee and eat delicious homemade cakes! in summer, its so beautiful here with the trees, outdoor sofa corners, garden tables, camp fires.... amazing! you can smoke and chat and all super central but because its a garden surrounded by walls and shielded from noise, you feel like ur in wonderland.

Really nice environment. Friendly staff, decent food and alcohol options. Bit pricey for example £8 for a vodka slush in a small cup. If you do go here make sure to try the coconut fried roll. Amazing!

Loved the variety and had the best hamburger I've had in years. The atmosphere was very relaxed and there were people of all ages. Probably not good to go if it's pouring with rain but enough cover for a drizzly British Summer evening. Will definitely go again.

Too pricy. Minute bite size portions for £5. Drinks were good. Doubt I 'love go there again. By all means go if you want tapas for your drink.

I absolutely loved Street Feast in Dalston Yard, there was a lot more choice than Dinerama but one of the guys that worked there said not enough people know about this one.

The food was absolutely delicious, my boyfriend and I tried the steak, egg and Parmesan chips, some lobster triple cheese Mac n cheese, sweet fried chicken and some pavlova! Washed down with tasty but cheap shandys/ lager. It's the perfect day out/ evening for a big group of mates who love their food!

Highly recommend!
