While there’s not much to see here, it is interesting to hear the history behind this building. There’s a lush garden to the outside which enhances the area. Worth a visit if you happen to be walking by.

It is easy to miss this - as you walk along Clink Street from the Golden Hinde you'll see the remains of one wall of (I believe) a 12th palace, including the upper floor ornate stone window frame. The adjacent modern buildings have literally been...More

Keep an eye out for these ruins. There isn't much, but well worth a few minutes taking in part of London's amazing history.

Even before the arrival of the instantly iconic Shard,
the riverside scene in Southwark had moved well beyond

browsing the boutiques of Bermondsey High Street,
foraging through the bounteous stalls at centuries old
foodie haven Borough Market, and flocking to the banks
of the Thames to enjoy some of Britain's biggest
