Guildhall We were fortunate enough to be shown around by a very kind lady later in the day from the Bistro, and it is a lovely building with wood panels and a Victorian Court Room. The Bistro also looks very nice to for a relaxing...More

I have lived in Norwich for most of my life and been to the Britannia cafe in the Guildhall there on many occasions as it is such a lovely place and not too noisy so that it is a good place to catch up with...More

Came here with two of my dear friends. The staff were lovely and we had a great afternoon tea. It’s not the same as going for a posh afternoon tea at the assembly house, but it doesn’t come with the same price tag either. And...More

While the staff were friendly about it, the food was absolutely terrible. We had sandwiches: way too much cheap margarine, low quality fillings with way too much mayonnaise, a tiny handful of crisps for an extra £1 each. We left without finishing (we only managed...More

We have lived in Norfolk all our lives but never visited the Guildhall. We had a lovely guy who gave us the tour. Very knowledgeable and informative. We have a gem of a building on our doorstep. Thoroughly recommend this 90 min tour

Lovely old building in centre of city hiding a great little cafe. Homemade cakes and snacks as well as specialty teas. Very pleasant atmosphere and interesting location.

Externally a solid looking , historic building that once you enter is equally as charming. The years unravel from floor to floor giving a great indication of some of the events that may hav3 unfolded here.

This is a wonderful building set in the centre of Norwich just by the Open Market area. Pop in and have a look around when it is open, you will be delighted that you did.

The Guildhall offers a look back at the political, municipal and commercial history of Norwich. It’s an interesting place to visit to actually go inside and see this window on the past. Location is great for combining with other tourist attractions, as part of “Norwich...More
