I've lived locally for over 20 years and never visited before. I had envisaged a sort of manicured 'attraction' but how wrong I was! We visited last weekend for a long (and hot!) Walk through the woods, across Holt Lowes. Not the best time to...More

We spent a good three hours here, really lovely to get in the shade! Perfect place to walk the dog. Various walks, well sign posted. Plenty of picnic tables scattered around, as well as benches to sit and watch the world go by!

Managed to loose three hours in this park, clear paths, good play park and with a nice small lake full of dragon flies. Beware of the odd adder, if you have dogs and small children.

Lovely walk, nearly dry underfoot now (late May). If you walk out on to the heath where the ponies graze, be aware cattle are on there too. You may not see them, but they do leave their deposits behind and some dogs find them delicious!...More

We've been coming here for years, lots of walks for children of all ages. A small park and a shop selling a few drinks too. For me it's the walks, so peaceful here. Have seen the ponies on occasion and the hornets nest last year...More

Stopped here when our car was being serviced and went for one of the many signposted walks. Although I have lived in Norfolk all my life, I had never been here, the visitor centre was closed, as out of season, but there were still walk...More

Our walk here started off great. We’ve never been before so followed the arrows. Headed past a lovely pond & over to the look out tower. This side was beautiful and we had hopes to see the ponies, who were unfortunately not in sight that...More

We got sick of the amount of dogs (we saw 5 in the short time we were there), running around the place, after 20 minutes we gave up and went back to the car. Why can't the dogs be on a lead instead of chasing...More
