Very clean

Went to whitby for a bit of a break. Walked along the beach. It’s very clean. Donkey rides available for children (if you like that sort of thing? Massive beach so plenty of space. Lovely photo opportunity. The beach huts looks nice and colourful

Lovely beach

A great beach, a great walk to Sandsend and back when the tide is out. Clean and tidy with dog friendly sections which is good if you don't have dogs!!

Anniversary trip

Around 36 £ per day and 120£ per week if I remember well. Enjoy Whitby as much as we did!

Restrictions apply to various areas at certain parts of the year. Scarborough council increased the no dog area this year without any form of public or other consultation. Access at the beach hut end is by VERY dangerous... More
