Wonderful Georgian House in the middle of York. Very informative and interesting guided tour (Mondays 11am and 2pm) Wish I had longer to properly see each room in a less rushed manner Excellent value- £7.50 Deserves more attention- much better than Yorvik!

This house has been re-decorated as was originally based on the papers left from the owner when it purchased it. It has the appearance of a Georgian house but apart from the furniture and the stucco ceilings (beautiful!),the rest is not original (curtains, wallpaper etc.)...More
