We popped into Fairfax house when we came across it in a back street. Beautifully maintained and best of all lots of enthusiasts on hand to chat to. I think you can visit more than once with your ticket.

Have a closer look at the house and every single details of it, you'll see the lively history of lifestyle, luxury, art and leisure. Staff (the guide) all worked here for at least 5 years and they can help with your knowledge

Fascinating house if you are interested in learning about the social history of a typical Georgian household. The guides are cery informative and the furniture and décor are gorgeous.
